Q: What is the purpose of air compressor？

Air compressor supplies the air source for the color sorting machine. It only can work when equipped with an air compressor and air tank.

Q:  What is the delivery time for your machine?

We are fast deliver supplier,from 1-7days according to different models.

Q: How to set the machine ?

We will set programs before shipping, you can use it directly after you received.Although, we have wifi remote control with the machine,we can assist in adjusting the parameters online to meet your requirements.

Q: Can I put our logo on the machine?

Yes,we provide OEM service for free.

Q: Do your machine have CE certificate?

Yes,we have.

Q: Do you have CE label on the machine ?

Yes,the nameplate of the machine has CE label.

Q: Do you have certificate of origin?

Yes,after the machine shipped,we can issue a certificate of origin.

Q: Can we need to buy some additional parts ?

Normally no need. Color sorter is an electronic product just like TV,not easy broken.

Q: How about maintenance of the machine?

Color sorter is an electronic product like a TV, and does not require much maintenance.Just need to do following things after daily work:

1). Clean the front and rear glasses.Wipe the front glass of the camera gently with a clean soft cloth and alcohol. Do not use any hard objects to scratch it.

2). Empty the remaining materials in the hopper. Clean the chutes and outlet hopper to prevent mold growth, caking and material blockage.

3). Drain water of the air compressor and air tank.(screw air compressor no need drain after daily work.)

4). Check the vulnerable parts, such as nozzles, vibration springs, lamp tubes, brush covers, etc.
